Psychotherapy
Ross Psychology offers psychotherapy to individuals, families, and couples of all backgrounds. We serve adults as well as adolescents and operate from a multitude of perspectives. Individual psychotherapy involves regularly scheduled one-on-one meetings with a therapist who listens empathically, works to understand your life, and offers insights and/or suggestions to help you meet your treatment goals. In family and couples therapy, the environment gets a little more complicated, but the principle is very similar. Some added components to family or couples therapy may include direct, in-vivo intervention of interactions and dynamics. Couples therapy can be for any intimate partnership. You can be having problems or just looking to strengthen an already healthy relationship. Overall, the therapeutic environment is a collaborative one that continually evolves in order to best meet your needs. Lastly, group psychotherapy can produce profound changes in individuals looking to improve their lives. We are always interested in offering group therapy options of our clients. If you are interested in group therapy, we can help find you a group in the community or begin one in our practice that meets your needs.
