                                      Courage to Heal: A Guide for Women Survivors of Child Sexual Abuse by Ellen Bass & Laurie Davis
                                      Courage to Heal is a classic in self-help literature for women who were sexually abused as children. The workbook The Courage to Heal Workbook: A Guide for Women and Men Survivors of Child Sexual Abuse offers an excellent supplement to help heal the wounds of abuse.

                                      Finding Life Beyond Trauma: Using Acceptance & Commitment Therapy to Heal from Post-Traumatic Stress and Trauma-Related Problems by Victoria M. Follette, Jacqueline Pistorello, & Steven C. Hayes
                                      Finding Life beyond Trauma is a phenomenal workbook that uses principles/techniques from ACT to help people heal from problems related to trauma. The exercises are easier to understand than in similar books. Appropriate for all types of trauma and both genders.

                                      The Betrayal Bond: Breaking Free of Exploitive Relationships by Patrick Carnes
                                      The book presents an in-depth study of exploitive relationships: why they form, who is most susceptible, and how they become so powerful. He explains how to recognize when traumatic bonding has occurred and take steps to safely get out of these situations.

                                      The Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder Sourcebook: A Guild to Healing, Recovery, and Growth by Glenn Schiraldi
                                      Applicable to all trauma survivors ranging from combat vets to child abuse, the workbook helps users to identify triggers, understand the link between PTSD & addiction, and determine what type of treatment to pursue.
